Privacy Policy

This policy covers TheSweepsHub (thesweepshub.com), SweepsGuard (sweepsguard.com) and the SweepsTracker app (tracker.thesweepshub.com and the iOS and Android apps). All three run on the same database, so they share one policy. Last updated October 30, 2026.

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms and the app, plus basic analytics on the two websites.

We do not sell your information and we do not run ad pixels.

Browsing TheSweepsHub and SweepsGuard

Both websites use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links get used, including which casino links people click. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. The SweepsTracker app does not use Google Analytics.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the sites.

Casino links

Many casino links on our sites are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, the casino or its affiliate network may pay us. That never changes a grade. Once you leave our site, the casino and the network collect data under their own privacy policies, not this one.

Our own /go/ referral links record the referral code and your browser user agent before sending you on.

Our email list

If you sign up for our emails we store your email address, your name if you give it, which emails you picked and where you signed up. We send through Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link and a link to change what you get.

To slow down spam signups we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Filing a complaint on SweepsGuard

The complaint form asks for your name, email, state, your username at the casino, the amount, what happened, and any screenshots or files you upload. We use it to work your case. That means we contact the casino about it and share what it needs to find your account and look into it.

Published case summaries keep you anonymous by default. We only use your name if you are okay with it.

Filing a complaint does not put you on our email list. If you check the newsletter box on the form, we add you. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Casino reviews and community tips

When you write a casino review on TheSweepsHub we ask for your email so we can confirm the review is yours, and we may send one reminder if you have not confirmed it. Your email is never shown. Your rating, review text and the display name you choose are public.

Tips like AMOE wait times, playthrough and daily bonus amounts are stored without your name. Some of these forms keep a one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam.

The SweepsTracker app

You sign up with an email and password. Everything you track is stored with your account: daily login claims, purchases, redemptions, AMOE entries and costs, wager sessions, sportsbook deposits and withdrawals, and the sites you follow.

If you rate a casino or write a review in the app, that is stored too. A review you publish shows the display name you pick.

If you turn on notifications we store a push token from Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) so we can send the reminders you asked for. You can turn them off in your device settings.

The app has no ads and no analytics. You can export your data to CSV from each tab.

Deleting your data

In the app, open the More tab and tap Delete Account. That deletes your account and the data tied to it right away, including your ratings and reviews and your spot on the email list. Anything you posted on the old TheSweepsHub forum stays up with your name removed.

For anything else, or if you cannot sign in, email mike@sweepsguard.com from the address you used and tell us what you want removed.

Published complaint summaries stay up as a public record, but they do not carry your name unless you agreed to it.

Who else handles your data

Supabase stores the database, logins and uploaded files. Vercel hosts the websites. Google runs Analytics on the two websites and Firebase Cloud Messaging for app notifications. Resend sends our email. Apple and Google run the app stores you download SweepsTracker from. Each works under its own privacy policy.

Age

Our sites and the app are for adults. Sweepstakes casinos require players to be at least 18, and many require 21. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor signed up, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
