Its terms were last updated September 10, 2026, are governed by Delaware law, and send disputes to arbitration. Verification asks for photo ID, a utility bill matching your address, and proof of income or funds such as a payslip or bank statement. If a requested document isn't in within 40 days, the account can be deactivated. Players holding more than 40 Sweeps Coins can't buy promotional packages. Player Reception Trustpilot sentiment is about as bad as it gets. Most reviews are one star, the operator has never claimed its profile, and it doesn't reply. The review pool tests clean, so these are real players and not a campaign. Nearly every recent review is about the same thing: redemptions that don't arrive. Players describe waits of three weeks, a month, and over two months. A few say they were paid in the end, after about two weeks of chasing. The Better Business Bureau gives the company its lowest rating and lists complaints it never answered. Major Issues Support answers late redemptions with a stock line that redemptions are running longer than usual, and players report getting no timeline beyond it. Verification can come back around after a player is already verified. One reviewer resent a license and bank statement and then had the redemption canceled for not meeting the terms. Critical Issues Redemptions are not being paid on time, and players say some are not being paid at all. Reports of this have come in steadily since August. Our first published case, a Pennsylvania player owed $592 for close to three months, closed in October 2026 with nothing from Big Shot but automated acknowledgments. It follows the same pattern players describe publicly. Accounts are reported closed while holding a balance. One player says an account with $200 waiting on redemption was closed with no explanation. Track Record It got worse. When we last reviewed Big Shot, players were reporting slow payouts. The reports since August describe longer waits, canceled requests and closed accounts, and they kept coming through September. SweepsGuard Status We have blacklisted Big Shot Games and recommend against playing or buying coins there. If you have money waiting, keep every request date and support reply, don't cancel a pending redemption, and file a complaint with us . If the operator starts paying on time and keeps it up for months, we'll look at it again. A few paid requests won't do it.
