SweepsGuard grades BigCashSweeps an F and lists it as blacklisted based on its complaint and payout track record. We don't recommend playing here — read the full SweepsGuard report before considering it.
Overview BigCashSweeps launched in July 2025 and we have it blacklisted. The most important fact about it is what is missing: after reading its homepage, terms of service, sweepstakes rules, alternative-entry page and privacy policy in full, we cannot find a company name, a postal address, or a single email address anywhere on the site. Its privacy policy's own contact section says only to reach "our customer service team". Support is live chat and nothing else, so there is no route to a named party if something goes wrong and no entity to pursue if it does. Purchases can be made in cryptocurrency alongside the usual card and wallet options. The site has since added a sportsbook. Player Reception Poor and, on our own measurement, partly solicited. Trustpilot carries a middling score across a modest number of reviews, but our review-authenticity check returns a flag for low-quality five-star entries arriving through an invitation pipeline. Operator review solicitation is legitimate in itself and we would not treat it as a finding on its own; what it means here is that the headline score should not be read as organic sentiment. Set against that, independent reviewers blacklist the site and players report being unable to withdraw. We hold no formal case of our own. Critical Issues The operator is completely undisclosed. Not merely hidden behind a registered agent or a shell: there is no company named anywhere on the site, no address, and no email. A player with an unpaid balance has nobody to write to and nobody to name in a complaint. The page that is supposed to document free entry documents no free entry. Its alternative-method-of-entry page lists registration rewards, daily check-ins and special events, all of which are in-app promotions the operator hands out and can withdraw. There is no postal route, no address and no request procedure. A sweepstakes whose no-purchase-necessary page describes only operator-controlled giveaways has no method of entry independent of the operator. The redemption terms are not published at all. The rules say methods and limits are "as posted on the website" and that fees and minimum amounts "may apply", without stating any of them. A player cannot find out before playing what a coin is worth, what the minimum is, or what will be deducted. The site tells players it can keep their balances if it closes. Its terms state that on a shutdown, coin rights terminate immediately. Major Issues Three different excluded-state lists appear on the same site. The terms and the sweepstakes rules agree on eleven states, the homepage footer names five, and a third list embedded in the site's own text gives ten. A player checking eligibility gets a different answer depending on where they look. The platform is not a United States sweepstakes build. It runs on shared infrastructure that also carries payment channels for Brazil, Myanmar and the Philippines, and that same platform host is itself the subject of a Trustpilot action over reviews obtained through incentives. We record this as a platform relationship rather than a claim about who owns what, because we can evidence one end of it and not the other. Accounts can be closed for using a VPN, with the balance consequences unstated. The site displays branding for game studios that withdrew from United States sweepstakes distribution. Legacy licensing means this is not automatically improper, and we cannot settle the licensing position from outside, so we record it as an unresolved question rather than as a finding. Track Record Short and bad. Independent reviewers had it blacklisted before we did. Player reports describe redemptions that do not complete and support that answers with scripts. Those reports come from players and aggregators rather than from cases we have mediated, and we mark them as such, because nobody has yet brought one to us. What does not depend on anyone's report is the documentation, and the documentation is the problem: no operator, no contact, no published redemption terms, and a free-entry page with no free entry in it. SweepsGuard Status Do not deposit here and do not buy coins. The reason is not a single incident, it is that there is no one to hold to account and no published terms to hold them to. If you already have a balance, request a redemption now, screenshot everything including the request and any support exchange, and keep it. If a redemption fails, file it with us and we will put it on the public record even though we have no named party to write to. A blacklisting is reversible in principle. Reversing this one would start with the operator identifying itself, publishing its redemption terms, and providing a genuine entry route that does not depend on its own promotions.
