Overview BigHit opened in the fall of 2026 under Pistachiu Technologies LTD, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its Terms of Use are dated October 4 and its Sweepstakes Rules October 28, and the site ran its launch week tournament in early November. It is a dual-currency sweepstakes casino: Gold Coins for free play, Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed once they have been played through at least once. The rules let the operator ask for more playthrough than that. A new account gets 100,000 Gold Coins, and the first-purchase deal starts at $9.99 for 75,000 Gold Coins and 20 free Sweeps Coins, plus 1.5 Sweeps Coins a day for 7 days. The redeem screen sets the minimum at 50 Sweeps Coins and asks for a one-time identity check before the first redemption. The rules say that check can include photo ID, a face scan, proof of address and your SSN, and an SSN is required once your total redemptions pass $600. Our test cashout was paid to a debit card. The other payout options only show up after the identity check, so we don't know yet what else is offered. You can make one redemption request a day, capped at $10,000 a day, and the rules allow up to 30 days to pay. Play is open to adults 18 and over in the US, except California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Canada is not eligible. The free mail-in route pays 5 Sweeps Coins per handwritten card sent to a PO box in Watertown, New York, using a 12-digit code from your account that expires after 30 days. Player Reception It's still very early. Our own test redemption of 78.40 Sweeps Coins, requested on the evening of November 4, landed on a debit card the next afternoon, about a day later. A second test redemption is pending. That shows the cashier works, but it's one payout from our own account, so it says little yet about how BigHit treats players in general. The first Trustpilot reviews showed up on November 5, and most of them are from players who say BigHit closed their account right after they signed up, with no reason given. It's a small number of reports so far. We found no discussion of BigHit in the sweepstakes communities on Reddit, and we have received no complaints. Current Highlights Our test cashout paid quickly. Our first redemption reached a debit card in about a day, well inside the 30 days the rules allow. The mail-in route pays 5 Sweeps Coins per card. That clears the 3 Sweeps Coin mark we use to judge whether a mail-in is worth the stamp. When we tried it from a new account, the request page issued a code right away. Whether the cards get credited is still unproven. Support is reachable. The site has live chat, and support@bighit.us is a working address. The live wins feed shows real play. It updates every few seconds with small, timestamped wins from games that are in the lobby. Areas to Watch Very little payout history. The only redemption we can confirm is our own test cashout. We haven't seen a player report one yet, paid or unpaid. Early reports of accounts closed at signup. Some of the first Trustpilot reviewers say their account was closed right after they registered, with no explanation. If it happens to you, ask support to put the reason in writing. The homepage oversells redemption speed. It promises "fast redemptions for everyone, so your wins land in your hands the moment you claim them." Our test cashout took about a day, which is quick but not instant, and the Sweepstakes Rules allow up to 30 days, longer for prizes of $600 or more. Three states missing from the exclusion list. The rules don't exclude Delaware, Washington or West Virginia, all states where regulators have been cracking down on sweepstakes casinos. Players there should check before buying anything. The signup screen we saw promised 4 free Sweeps Coins, but the new account received 3. We're asking the operator about it. Track Record BigHit is brand new and we can't connect Pistachiu Technologies to any other casino we cover. So far the record is one quick test payout of our own and no complaints filed with us. The game library runs to about 730 titles from nine studios, including BGaming, JILI, Playson and 3 Oaks, with live tables from Iconic21. SweepsGuard Status BigHit is still under review. Our test redemption paid fast and the rules and mail-in rate are fine, but one cashout from our own account isn't a track record. We'll grade it once more players confirm their redemptions were paid on time and we've heard back from the operator. We're also keeping an eye on the account-closure reports. If you try it, keep your first purchase small, and if you cash out, let us know how long it took.
