Blitz earns a D grade from SweepsGuard. Independent review of Blitz: payouts, complaints, bonuses — and is it legit?

SweepsGuard Grade: D.

Is Blitz legit?

SweepsGuard grades Blitz a D based on its complaint and payout history — a below-average grade, so play cautiously and review its complaint history first. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.

Overview Blitz shares its currency, its slot providers and parts of its site code with Blitzmania, a sweepstakes casino we don't currently recommend, so we treat the two as related even though Blitz names a different company, FortyTwo Rocks Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware. Blitz isn't a sweepstakes casino. It sells entries into Blitz Solitaire competitions, where every player gets the same seeded deal and top finishers win cash or merchandise, and it runs slots from BetSoft, Booming Games, Slotmill, Iconic21 and AvatarUX that are played with Blitz Coins and cash out at $1 each. Coin packs split the price evenly between Blitz Coins and competition entries, and single entries cost $1 to $14. New accounts get 2.5 Blitz Coins and one Bronze entry. Cash redemptions need at least 50 Blitz Coins and go by bank transfer only. Coins you bought and lost can only be turned into competition entries, and every coin has to be played once before it can be cashed out. Winners over $600 in a year must file a W-9. Blitz is closed in Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota and Tennessee, and bars the slots but not the competitions in Delaware, Idaho, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Virginia. Canadian players aren't eligible, and there's no free mail-in entry. Player Reception Blitz is new and has almost no independent record. Its claimed Trustpilot profile has only a handful of reviews, all positive, which is too few to say anything about how it pays. We found no Reddit discussion of the site and no payout history to point to yet. Strengths The Official Rules, Terms and promotional terms are all published and readable without an account, and they name the operator. Where they disagree with each other is covered below. Major Issues Cash redemptions are bank transfer only, limited to one request every five days, and can take up to 30 days to process. Requested verification documents must arrive within three days or the redemption is voided, and Blitz can also ask for bank statements, pay stubs or tax returns. The documents contradict each other. The Official Rules say the slots run on FortyTwo Rocks' own software, but the lobby lists outside providers, and Connecticut is on the Terms' list of competition-only states but missing from the Official Rules. In September 2026 a player's $280 withdrawal was rejected and the account was then blocked from withdrawing. Blitz closed our mediation ticket without answering, and the complaint closed unresolved. Critical Issues Blitz runs real slots on coins players buy, pays winnings in cash, and offers no free way in. The rules call these games "no-risk" because lost purchased coins become competition entries, but that credit only buys more paid play. Without a free entry route this looks closer to paid gambling than to a sweepstakes or a skill contest. Track Record Blitz is new, and its terms were rewritten through August and September 2026. What history there is runs through Blitzmania. Blitz uses the same Blitz Coins name and the same slot providers, and its launch screen's code is labeled with Blitzmania's name. Blitzmania's own record includes a published mail-in method that doesn't work and repeated complaints about bank transfer redemptions. Nothing we found proves common ownership, but the overlap is too close to treat them as strangers. SweepsGuard Status This isn't a site we currently recommend. It sells coins for cash-paying slots with no free alternative, its redemption terms are tight, and its rules contradict each other. It also shares too much with Blitzmania to be judged on its own. A payout record and rules that agree with each other would help on a future review, and so would a clear answer on how the slots fit a skill-contest model. Update (September 2026): We published our first complaint against Blitz. A Wisconsin player's $280 withdrawal was rejected and the account then blocked from withdrawing. We put the case to Blitz on September 28, and the same day its support desk closed our ticket without answering. It closed unresolved. A second ticket we opened that day, asking about the rules questions above, was closed the same way.
