Casinio earns a C grade from SweepsGuard. Independent review of Casinio: payouts, complaints, bonuses — and is it legit?
SweepsGuard Grade: C.
SweepsGuard grades Casinio a C based on its complaint and payout history — a middle-of-the-road grade — a real operator with a mixed or thin track record, so check its complaint history before you play. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.
Overview Casinio opened in September 2026 and names Parea Gaming, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as operator and sweepstakes sponsor. It runs the usual Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins setup, with slots from JILI, Booming Games, KA Gaming, Spadegaming, Gaming Corps and Revolver Gaming and a live-dealer section from Iconic21. Players must be 21 or older. Verifying your phone and email gets you 100,000 GC and 2 SC, and finishing ID verification adds another 100,000 GC and 2 SC. The mail-in route pays 2 SC per request, with one postal code per day. SC redeem at $1 each once you have 100 redeemable SC, on the higher end of normal, by bank transfer or gift card, and the rules give 2 to 14 business days depending on the method. Redemptions are capped at $2,000 a day, $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. Before a first redemption you verify a photo ID, proof of address and a phone number, and an SSN is required once your redemptions reach $2,000 in a year. The site is closed to players in 15 states: CA, CT, ID, IN, IA, LA, ME, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OK, TN and WA. US only, no Canada. Player Reception Only a handful of Trustpilot reviews so far, and most of them are payout reports. One says a redemption came through the next day, and another calls the payouts quick. The other one was written while the reviewer was still waiting on a redemption. One Reddit thread from launch week asks whether the site is legit, and nobody in it had played there yet. Strengths Redemptions are getting paid. Players on Trustpilot report quick payouts, one of them next-day. SC only need to be played through once before they can be redeemed. Support runs through live chat, email and a published US phone number. Minor Issues The payout record is still short. The site opened in September 2026 and only a few redemptions have been reported so far. The mail-in pays 2 SC per envelope, which is low for the cost of postage. The AMOE page and the Official Rules disagree on the details. The page says a postal code lasts 90 days and requests take 30 to 45 days, while the rules say 60 days and 30 days. Casinio told us on September 29, 2026 that the AMOE page figures are the correct ones and that it will update the rules to match. Track Record Still very new. We have no complaints on file, and the redemptions we know of have been paid. SweepsGuard Status Casinio has its first grade now that payouts are coming through on time. The grade mostly reflects how new the site is. A longer run of on-time redemptions over the next month or two is the main thing that would move it up. If you redeem here, we'd like to hear how it went.
Casinio holds a C grade from SweepsGuard as of Sep 29, 2026.
