Coins on an account with no login for 60 days expire. We asked Clash5 twice in September 2026 whether there is a free way to enter and have not had an answer. Its terms and withdrawal rules describe none, so a free entry route is unconfirmed. Player Reception Trustpilot sentiment is strong, and the operator has never claimed the profile or replied there. The negative reviews fall into two groups. At the end of May 2026 about a dozen players said their accounts were banned right after they won or asked to cash out, with no reason and no refund. One of them said a game had been too easy to win and the bans followed. Since July the complaints are about the $500 limit and requests sitting for days or weeks, sometimes with a second round of verification. Strengths Gift card withdrawals start at 10 coins. Minor Issues The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed, and nobody from Clash5 answers reviews there. The terms don't list excluded states. They point to a list posted on the site. Claims have to be brought within one year. The site is only a few months old. Track Record Clash5 launched in April 2026 and built a strong Trustpilot rating quickly. Its first months also brought the May ban wave and a steady line of complaints about the weekly cash cap. No player has filed a complaint with us yet. SweepsGuard Status We moved Clash5 down a step.
