SweepsGuard Grade: A.
SweepsGuard grades Crown Coins an A based on its complaint and payout history — our top tier, with the most reliable payout and complaint records we track. Records can change and nothing in sweeps is ever guaranteed, but these are the sites we point players to first. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.
Overview Crown Coins Casino has grown since 2023 into one of the best known sweepstakes casinos in the US. It now runs on two documents. The Terms of Service, republished in September 2026, name the operators as Sunflower Technology Inc. of Newark, Delaware and Stiarsia Ltd, and cover the free-play Crown Coins, monthly subscriptions, day passes and social bingo tickets. The sweepstakes sit in a separate Sweepstakes Policy, sponsored by Sunflower Limited (PO Box 5114, Fredericksburg, Virginia) and Stiarsia Ltd of Limassol, Cyprus, with redemptions processed by Sunflower Technology Inc. That policy runs three sweepstakes: Sweeps Coins casino play, bingo for cash, and Crown Rips card packs. The Terms exclude Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, California and Washington and everywhere outside the US. Sweeps Coins casino play is also not offered in New Jersey, Connecticut or New York, and in Tennessee purchases come with a Challenge Box instead of free Sweeps Coins. Check the state list on this page before signing up. The library runs past 500 games from studios including Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Slotmill, Playson, RubyPlay, Spinomenal and Skywind, plus Crown Coins exclusives and Crown Bingo Live. The brand sponsors boxer Terrence Crawford and the GT World Challenge America series. Crown Rips, added in July 2026, lets players open Pokemon or multi-sport card packs and ship a pull home, keep it in an on-site vault, or sell it back at what the operator calls 100% fair market value. Player Reception Crown Coins has an outstanding Trustpilot reputation on a very large review base, and the great majority of reviewers give it five stars. Players praise fast Skrill redemptions, often inside 24 hours, the daily bonuses and the game variety. The operator replies to nearly every negative review, usually within hours. The critical reviews are a small share and repeat a few themes: too many pop-ups on login, slower processing on non-Skrill methods, prepaid virtual Visa cards that fail or can't be fully used, and chat that routes to a ticket instead of a person. Strengths An exceptional Trustpilot standing on one of the largest review bases in sweepstakes. Fast Skrill redemptions, often processed within 24 hours according to players. A 50 SC minimum redemption that applies to every method, with no higher bar for cash by bank transfer, ACH or Skrill. Sweeps Coins need one playthrough by default, though the Sweepstakes Policy lets the operator raise it to as many as ten. 500+ games, including Crown Coins originals and a site-wide jackpot network on some titles. Live game shows and live dealer titles from Skywind. Crown Bingo Live, a live bingo product with regular prize events that you can play with free bingo tickets. A deep bonus program with a 30-day login streak, daily missions, Crown Races and email offers. A tiered VIP Club with coinback at higher levels and birthday bonuses from Silver up. Phone support (+12015354587), email and a help center. An iOS app plus a solid mobile browser site. Crown Rips, added in July 2026, with shipping, vault storage or sell-back offered for card pulls (US players only). Minor Issues Chat is automated and routes to a ticket, not a live agent, and replies can take several hours. Prepaid virtual Visa cards fail for a steady minority of players at the point of use. Players say login pop-ups are excessive. Non-Skrill redemptions are sometimes slower than normal. No Android app, and no PayPal or crypto redemptions. The mail-in pays 1 SC per entry, which is low. Crown Rips cards can sit in the vault for only three days before the operator may treat them as sold back, and shipping liability is capped at a fair market value the operator sets. The Better Business Bureau has an alert on Crown Coins Casino and Sunflower Limited about players hitting obstacles at redemption, and lists hundreds of complaints, dozens of them unanswered. The reasons the operator gives in those complaints, like duplicate accounts or a card not in the player's name, are ordinary verification rules, and our own case record is light. The BBB also says it could not confirm a physical US location. The Terms now name a Delaware office. Keep this in mind before you build a large balance. Track Record Crown Coins launched in 2023 under Sunflower Limited and has built one of the largest review footprints in sweepstakes. Players regularly report many redemptions over time, including large ones, and we have not recorded a pattern of nonpayment. A second brand, iCasino, closed in October 2025, and Crown Coins kept running without disruption. The company behind it spreads across a Virginia PO box, a Cyprus co-sponsor and Delaware operating and payments companies, which is harder to pin down than the marketing suggests. SweepsGuard Status In August 2026 we published our first complaint against Crown Coins Casino, and it closed unresolved. An earlier case closed without a finding and was not published. A Minnesota player redeemed $100 to an instant virtual prepaid card that did not work. Support said the card had been used somewhere it wasn't allowed, would not say where, held the funds and told her to wait for a refund check. Three 7 to 15 business day windows passed with no check. We raised it on August 22 and Crown Coins replied the same day, declining to discuss the account on privacy grounds and asking her to contact them directly, which she had already done several times. Update (October 2026): A Georgia player told us his Crown Coins redemptions used to arrive in under 12 hours, and for about six months each one has taken around 7 days, including a $100 request still pending when he filed. Support told him that was normal. We wrote to Crown Coins on October 2 and they replied within hours with the same answer as in August: they can't discuss the account for privacy reasons and the player should contact them himself, which he already had. The player told us that same night that the $100 had been paid, so that case is recorded as resolved for him. Crown Coins never explained why his redemptions slowed down. These are small cases against a site with one of the biggest and most positive review footprints in this space, and the August one matches a problem we had already listed: prepaid virtual Visa cards failing at the point of use. They don't undo the wider record of fast Skrill payouts. What they do show is that when something goes wrong on an account, Crown Coins won't explain it to us, and the player is left with the same support queue that already failed them. Use Skrill for the fastest and most reliable redemptions, be more careful with the prepaid virtual Visa option, and verify early. We will look again if more complaints come in or the BBB alert turns into official action.
