SweepsGuard Grade: B.

Is Jackpot Go legit?

SweepsGuard grades Jackpot Go a B based on its complaint and payout history — just below our top tier, and also a solid, reliable option with a good payout record and only minor issues on file. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.

Overview Jackpot Go has been live since 2024 and runs on the web and as iOS and Android apps, with a library of 500+ games. Its Terms of Service (July 6, 2026) are an agreement with Hiwingo Limited of Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, England, and name Relaxing Moonlight Games Inc of Denver, Colorado as its payment agent. The Sweeps Rules of the same date name Relaxing Moonlight Games as the sponsor. Redemptions start at 100 SC, you can make one request a day, and cash can take up to 10 business days to arrive. The mail-in route pays 2 SC per request and needs a Postal Request Code that expires after 30 days. The rules exclude Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Canadian players are accepted outside Ontario and Quebec. Player Reception Jackpot Go's Trustpilot reviews are excellent and overwhelmingly five-star, across a large number of reviews, with plenty of players describing being paid. The one-star reviews are a small share. The ones that matter describe a $400+ redemption waiting four days with no answer from support, and two players whose accounts were shut for having more than one account when they went to cash out, which both deny. One player said redemptions only went to a bank account, but the cashier now lists PayPal as well as bank transfer. Jackpot Go has started answering some of its negative reviews, which it didn't do before. Strengths A large, very positive review base, with lots of players reporting payouts. Apps on both iOS and Android, plus web play. Open to Canadian players outside Ontario and Quebec. No complaints filed with us. Minor Issues Cash redemptions can take up to 10 business days and you can only make one request a day. The mail-in route pays only 2 SC per request, which barely covers the stamp. The paperwork doesn't agree on who runs the sweepstakes. The Terms say Hiwingo, the Sweeps Rules say Relaxing Moonlight Games. Neither is hidden, but players should be able to tell who they're dealing with. A few players report accounts closed for multiple accounts at the point of cashing out. PayPal redemptions are capped at 1,500 SC per request, so larger wins have to go by bank transfer, which shows no set limit. Track Record Two years in, Jackpot Go has a big, happy player base, no complaints with us, and a steady record of payouts. The weak spots are speed and friction at cashout, not refusal to pay. SweepsGuard Status A solid site we're happy to point players to, just not a fast one. Verify your account before you need to redeem, use the same payment details you bought with, and plan for up to 10 business days. If your account is closed at cashout, send us what support told you.
