It is run by Carbon Star Ventures (3-102-965755 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada), a Costa Rica company that also operates Legendz. Until November 2026 the terms for both brands named Platinum Panther Ltd, a Malta-registered company. Gift-card redemptions start at 50 SC and cash redemptions at 100 SC. The rules and terms both exclude fourteen states, and Canadian players are not eligible; check the state list on this page before signing up. Player Reception Jolly Sweeps has a poor Trustpilot rating on a small number of reviews, most of them one-star. The complaints we see mirror our own file: redemptions held behind verification, accounts left on "under review", and no clear answer from support. In Case #207, a Virginia player's $751 redemption, held behind a verification step he cleared himself, was paid in full; he told us the friction was with the payment provider's automated support. In Case #277, a Texas player requested $150 to a debit card and $300 to a crypto address on August 6, 2026; the card payment arrived within two days, the crypto payment never did, and our questions to the operator on August 10 went unanswered. In Case #314, a Wisconsin player with 100 SC redeemable spent weeks on "under review" after the operator had emailed him that his verification was complete; we wrote on August 21 and heard nothing.
