Overview Windstorm Tech LLC of Montgomery, Alabama runs Lucky Buddha, a sweepstakes casino that has been live since early 2026. You have to be 18, and its rules close the site to players in California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Sweeps Coins need to be played through once. The minimum redemption is 100 SC, you can only have one request pending at a time, and approved requests are usually paid in one to three business days. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last Sweeps Coins play. Player Reception Trustpilot volume is still small, but it now points one way. Almost every review is one star, and the operator has not replied to any of them. Two reviewers say their accounts were closed after they asked to redeem. One says the site kept a balance of about $2,100. The other says the account was frozen, put through verification and a tax form, and then closed for bonus abuse, with the purchases refunded only after an arbitration notice and the redemption never paid. Another says the site has no money to pay redemptions, with no detail. The one five-star review, from late August, says a $500 PayPal cashout arrived overnight. We can't confirm any of these from our own file. Our one case with Lucky Buddha ended with the player paid. Strengths Sweeps Coins only need to be played through once. We have a verified redemption on record. When we raised Case #112, Lucky Buddha paid the player's $480. The operator claimed its SweepsGuard profile and gave us a direct contact line. Major Issues Players report accounts closed at the redemption stage. Two Trustpilot reviewers describe it, and neither says they got a clear reason. The rules give the operator a lot of room to say no after you meet the playthrough. Redemptions can be refused for play it judges "minimal" or "non-genuine", and held for extra due diligence reviews with no time limit. Most table games count for 10% of the playthrough and many instant and crash games count for nothing. Lucky Buddha has not answered a single negative review on Trustpilot. Minor Issues The mail-in pays 2 SC per request, one request per person per week, mailed to P.O. Box 1109 in Montgomery, Alabama. The mail-in page used to give different terms. Lucky Buddha corrected it in September 2026 after we asked, and told us no Postal Request Code is needed. At 2 SC per request under the current rules, the mail-in pays less than most sites. The site is young and its payout history is short. Track Record Lucky Buddha has been live since early 2026. In July 2026 it claimed its SweepsGuard profile and resolved Case #112, a $480 PayPal redemption that had failed several times, once we raised it. Since then the public picture has mostly gone the other way. Nearly all of the reviews posted since are one star, and the site's September 2026 rules added wider grounds to hold or refuse a redemption. SweepsGuard Status We moved Lucky Buddha down a step. The payout we verified still counts, and the operator did the right thing on our case. But most player reports since then are negative and none of those has been answered. The mail-in terms that contradicted each other were fixed in September 2026. If you play here, keep redemptions small and screenshot everything.
