Is Lucky Bunny legit?

SweepsGuard grades Lucky Bunny a D based on its complaint and payout history — a below-average grade, so play cautiously and review its complaint history first. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.

Overview Lucky Bunny is a sweepstakes casino operated by Optivara LLC, a Delaware-registered company. The site launched in early 2026 and offers over 4,000 casino-style games from providers including BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spadegaming. Players use Gold Coins for entertainment and Sweeps Coins for promotional play, with SC redeemable for cash prizes at a $100 minimum. The platform is available in approximately 35 US states. Player Reception Lucky Bunny currently holds a 2.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot with only 5 reviews, rated "Poor." The site has not responded to negative reviews. Third-party review sites have provided mostly positive early coverage based on pre-launch materials, but actual player feedback is extremely limited. One player reported their account being blocked after a first-night redemption with no explanation — an early signal worth monitoring. Customer support response times have also been cited as slow. Strengths Large game library with 4,000+ titles from reputable providers Major Issues Trustpilot score of 2.5 with only 5 reviews — very limited public feedback, and the operator has not engaged with negative reviews Aggressively one-sided terms and conditions — nearly every clause includes expansive forfeiture provisions and broad discretionary powers for the operator, well beyond what is typical in the space Early report of an account being blocked post-redemption with no communication — a concerning pattern if it continues Optivara LLC is a new operator with no established track record in the sweepstakes casino industry Minor Issues No dedicated mobile app at launch — browser-only on mobile 21+ age requirement (higher than the 18+ standard at many sweepstakes casinos) Track Record Lucky Bunny launched in March 2026 and has very limited operating history. Optivara LLC is a new entrant to the sweepstakes casino space with no prior sites. The extremely small Trustpilot review volume makes it difficult to assess redemption reliability or customer service quality at scale. The site's T&C language is notably aggressive compared to peers, though individual clauses like the playthrough ceiling and inactivity policies fall within industry norms. SweepsGuard Status This is not a casino we currently recommend. The combination of a weak Trustpilot score, extremely limited player feedback, a new and unproven operator, aggressively worded terms and conditions, and early reports of account issues after redemption justify caution. The rating could improve if the operator builds a positive track record of reliable redemptions, engages with player feedback on Trustpilot, and demonstrates fair treatment of players over time. Separately, a player has reported (unverified) that Lucky Bunny applies playthrough requirements to winnings rather than only to promotional Sweeps Coins — an unusual structure we are monitoring; no grade impact at this time. SweepsGuard complaint record Case #226 — corrected August 12, 2026. This case concerned a $2,650 balance forfeited after an account closure citing multiple accounts and opposite betting. We originally recorded it as unresolved, because the first six evidence files Lucky Bunny supplied did not support the grounds they were offered for. Lucky Bunny then produced a fuller evidence package, and on review it does support their position, so we have corrected our finding. The game provider's round data shows single roulette round IDs carrying both a red and a black stake, and Lucky Bunny's own transaction ledger carries only one of those two legs on each round — consistent with the opposing stake sitting on a second platform at the same live table. Their anti-fraud export shows the linked account sharing an identical device fingerprint and browser signature with the player's account, operating from the same IP range, and making two completed purchases rather than being dormant as the earlier export had suggested. The player has also told us directly that he does place bets on both sides of the same event across multiple sites. On that record the forfeiture is supported, and the case is closed with no violation found. We publish corrections as prominently as findings, and this one went against the player. Operators who keep producing evidence rather than going quiet are the reason a record like this can be put right, and Lucky Bunny did that. One criticism stands. Lucky Bunny's own risk system flagged this account repeatedly across several days — including a multi-account alert — and passed it every time, while continuing to accept purchases, and acted only once a redemption was requested. Detection that arrives after the money is in is worth less to a player than detection that arrives before it, and an operator that can see a problem should act on it at that point rather than at the point of payout.
