Only one redemption is processed per 24 hours, and cash can take up to 10 business days. The mail-in route pays 3 coins per request card, one card per envelope, with a limit of 90 request codes per 60-day promotional period. Coins expire after 60 days without a login. The rules exclude 17 states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. The good reviews mention redemptions landing within a day and support agents who sorted problems out. Other reviews say redemptions have slowed from instant to three to five business days, and one player says a $400 redemption was approved and never arrived.
