Play is limited to the United States and closed to seventeen states, with no Canadian eligibility. Redemptions are paid to a bank account only, and the site requires a Social Security number on any redemption of $600 or more. Player Reception Trustpilot volume is very thin and the profile is unclaimed, with sentiment leaning clearly negative. The complaints cluster in June and describe the same failure: players purchased coin packages, then found that games froze or crashed on the first spin, that the site sat in maintenance mode for roughly a week, and that support returned only automated chatbot replies. One reviewer reported being unable to play, unable to get a refund and unable to reach a person across five separate contacts over two days. A more recent report describes a fast payout at the minimum threshold, which suggests the redemption path does function when the site is up. That same crediting clause conditions payment on entries "postmarked after this date" - and no date appears anywhere in the document. The Sweepstakes Rules place the agreement under Nevada law while the Terms and Conditions place the same relationship under Delaware law. Both documents are current and were updated within the last month. Closing your own account forfeits unredeemed prizes. A player who has already won a balance and then asks to close their account gives that balance up. An account untouched for twelve months is treated as inactive and may be closed with no notice required, and any remaining coin balance resets to zero.
