Overview Moozi has been live since August 2024 and is run by Moshy Gaming LLC of Wilmington, Delaware. It has a large lobby of slots, table games, live dealer and fish games, including a few titles made for Moozi. The minimum redemption is $100, and Sweeps Coins only need to be played once. Moozi can limit redemptions to $10,000 a day, and in Florida any single spin pays at most $5,000. The free daily login pays 0.1 SC, plus an extra 0.3 SC a day for your first 31 days. The mail-in route pays 3 SC per postcard with no limit on how many you send, and the rules say entries usually credit within 7 days and within 14 at most. Its terms and rules exclude 15 states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Its support told us in September 2026 that Indiana is excluded too, and that Maryland and West Virginia are open. Player Reception Trustpilot sentiment is strong, and fast redemptions are the main reason. Lots of players say payouts hit their debit card within minutes. Moozi replies to its negative reviews, which most operators don't. September has been rougher. A wave of one-star reviews says VIP tiers were reset or dropped and bonuses cut, some from players who had spent heavily. One player says instant redemptions now take a day or two. Another says repeated requests to close their account for gambling reasons were met with bonus offers. An older, smaller set of reviews describes accounts restricted after a purchase or a win, and long waits on document checks, mostly for the VIP transfer program. Strengths Redemptions are among the fastest we see, often minutes to a debit card. Sweeps Coins only need to be played once before redeeming. The mail-in route pays 3 SC per postcard with no cap on entries. Moozi answers its negative Trustpilot reviews. Minor Issues Two account closures went unanswered. In August 2026, two New Hampshire players in the same household had their accounts closed in the same week for a terms violation, with no clause named. We asked Moozi which term, whether a person reviewed it and what was on the accounts. The deadline passed with no reply, and both cases closed unresolved. VIP tiers and bonuses changed without much warning, and a lot of loyal players are unhappy about it. VIP tier rules and benefits aren't clearly laid out on the site. No app, so it's browser only. Track Record Moozi is Moshy Gaming's only sweepstakes brand. Most players report being paid, and quickly. We've published three cases. In Case #140 a Texas player disputed a jackpot feature worth about $635. Moozi pulled the game logs and showed the feature needed two to five jackpot symbols and the session landed one, so it closed as no violation found. Cases #328 and #336 are the two closures above, and Moozi didn't respond to either. SweepsGuard Status Still one of the better places to get paid fast, and the operator talks to players in public. What's changed is how it treats account closures and its VIP players, and it didn't answer us when we asked about two closures. Verify early, keep records of your play and redemptions, and keep copies of any mail-in requests.
