SweepsGuard Grade: D.

Is Prize Riot legit?

SweepsGuard grades Prize Riot a D based on its complaint and payout history — a below-average grade, so play cautiously and review its complaint history first. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.

Overview Prize Riot is run by Lucky Rush World, LLC, whose only published address is a San Francisco mail drop. The setup is standard dual-currency: Gold Coins for play, Sweeps Coins that redeem for cash, 18 and over, with a coin store running from $1.99 to $99.99. Registration pays 50,000 Gold Coins and two Sweeps Coins with no purchase. Sweeps Coins carry a 1x play requirement, though the rules let the operator raise that to five times at its discretion. Verification is heavier than most: government ID, proof of address, an SSN check and a facial scan. Several states are excluded, and a free mail-in route is published in full. Redemptions start at 100 SC and are capped at $5,000 per sweepstakes period and $10,000 in any rolling 24 hours. On timing, the site and the rules say different things. The FAQ says redemptions are reviewed "within a few business days" of verification. The Official Rules say payment can take up to 30 days. Player Reception Still thin, but it now covers the part that matters. There is no forum discussion of the brand yet. The first handful of Trustpilot reviews were all five-star, all sent through Prize Riot's own review invitations, all posted in the site's first days, and none described a completed redemption. The payout reports are better. Our own redemption paid, a second player who requested the same day was paid, and a few more players have told us they've been paid too. Strengths Redemptions are paying. Our $473 redemption, requested September 22, 2026 on a verified account, was paid, and so were the other players we've heard from. Expect it to take up to a week. The front end of the mail-in route works. We requested a postal code on an account that had never purchased and it issued immediately. Each envelope pays 3 Sweeps Coins. The Official Rules, terms and privacy policy are all public, and the redemption caps are high. Major Issues Support is hard to reach. Our live chat request went unanswered, while promotional emails kept arriving daily. Two different payout timelines. The FAQ says "a few business days." The Official Rules say "up to 30 days." A player reading the FAQ has no way to know the operator has given itself a month. The rules let the operator "refund purchases in lieu of processing a prize redemption." Read plainly, that lets it hand back a player's purchase money instead of paying a win. We have no evidence it has been used. The operating company is disclosed only as Lucky Rush World, LLC at a San Francisco mail-forwarding address, with no registration number and no named officers. The legal pages don't match the live site. The rules describe a fourteen-digit postal code and the site issued us twelve digits. The one-code-per-hour limit the site enforces is not in the rules. The site also loads its GeoComply geolocation component from GeoComply's staging servers rather than production. Track Record Short, but no longer empty. Prize Riot has been open since mid-September 2026. There are no complaints on file with our form yet. The first redemptions we know of, ours included, were paid within about a week. Lucky Rush World, LLC is not the company behind LuckyRush.io, a separate site we also list. We checked and found nothing shared between them beyond the name. We wrote to Prize Riot on September 22 and again on September 27 and have not had a reply. SweepsGuard Status Prize Riot has started paying, and the payouts we know of landed within a week, well inside the 30 days its rules allow. It's a good start. The site is only a few weeks old, though, and support is still hard to reach, so we don't recommend buying coins here until it has a longer payout record. We'll look at the grade again then.
