Overview Pulsz, run by Gibraltar-incorporated Yellow Social Interactive Limited (company number 119215), has been one of the most recognized sweepstakes casinos in the U.S. since 2020. The lobby carries a large library of casino-style games from 20+ providers, including Playson, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Betsoft, Yggdrasil, Habanero, Evoplay, Booming Games and Spinomenal, covering slots, table games and arcade titles. There is also a Live Social Casino section with live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, sic bo and craps tables. Available in most U.S. states, Pulsz has built a large and loyal player base and remains one of the most-reviewed sweepstakes casinos on third-party platforms. Player Reception Pulsz holds a well-regarded Trustpilot score and strong ratings on both the App Store and Google Play. The majority of players praise fast redemption processing, a wide and varied game library, and responsive customer support. Recurring themes in positive reviews include consistent payouts, reliable daily bonuses, and a stable app experience. The most common criticisms involve the mobile app being limited to Gold Coin play only, occasional verification delays, and the absence of live chat support. Pulsz actively responds to Trustpilot reviews and addresses player concerns directly. The terms published on September 1, 2026 put a 90-day clock on a pending redemption: if the requested verification steps are not completed inside that window the request is declined automatically, the Sweeps Coins go back to the account, and a new request can be submitted. It is written down plainly and nothing is forfeited. The platform is backed by a Gibraltar-incorporated operator with a long-term presence in the space. The four complaints SweepsGuard has published against Pulsz all closed without a resolution for the player, and none of them was about a refused redemption. In the first, the operator did not answer inside the window. In the other three, Pulsz replied quickly and courteously but would not say which term the account had broken or discuss the account with us, including after each player had written in from the email registered to the account. What these cases have in common is the route to a human when something goes wrong. SweepsGuard Status Case #20 involved an Illinois player whose account was banned with $199.99 in disputed value. Pulsz did not respond to mediation within the required window and it closed as Unresolved, No Response. Case #305 involved an Oregon player whose account locked immediately after he uploaded ID for verification, with $100 on it. Pulsz replied three times and replied fast. They asked for player authorization, and when we supplied a written authorization sent from the player's own registered account email they said it was not sufficient without saying what would be. It closed in August 2026 as Unresolved, Refused. Cases #236 and #245 came from two Texas players in July 2026, filed two days apart, and follow the same shape. Each had an account locked with a small balance still on it, $60 and $50, and neither player was told which term the account was supposed to have broken. We put three questions to Pulsz in September: which clause applied, what happens to the balance, and what happens to entries the players had already mailed in. On September 19 Pulsz stated its position: under its privacy policy it will not discuss a player's account with anyone else, and it asked the players to contact it themselves. Both already had, before their cases reached us, and each received a list of reasons an account can be locked rather than the reason theirs was. Neither balance has been paid, and both closed as Unresolved, Refused. The grade is unchanged for now, and it is worth being clear about why. Pulsz has a strong and well-documented reputation for honoring redemptions and for fair gameplay, and not one of these cases is about a redemption being refused. What the published cases have in common is narrower: they are all about reaching a human once an account has locked. The support ticket form asks for a customer ID that a locked-out player can only read from inside the account they cannot open, so a player in that position has no route to raise a ticket at all. That question was put to Pulsz in August and again in September 2026, and it has not been answered. Players with unresolved issues at Pulsz are welcome to submit a complaint to SweepsGuard for third-party mediation.
