Rolla earns a C grade from SweepsGuard. Independent review of Rolla: payouts, complaints, bonuses — and is it legit?
SweepsGuard Grade: C.
SweepsGuard grades Rolla a C based on its complaint and payout history — a middle-of-the-road grade — a real operator with a mixed or thin track record, so check its complaint history before you play. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.
Overview Rolla became a sweepstakes casino in April 2025. It is run by MW Services Limited, a Gibraltar company, with WOWCOM Services Inc of Delaware handling payments. MW Services also runs WOW Vegas. You must be 18. The library is mostly slots, with fish games, scratchcards and a set of in-house instant games. The mail-in pays 3 SC per request. A processing fee can be added to Gold Coin purchases and is shown at checkout. Its SC Game Rules open once you are logged in. They exclude 15 states and Quebec, accept the rest of Canada, and ask for Sweeps Coins to be played through once before redeeming. Gift cards start at 50 SC and cash at 100 SC, paid by bank, Skrill or Trustly. Player Reception Trustpilot is strong on a large review base. Read the recent one-star reviews before you deposit, though. Since late August 2026, several players say a redemption sat for days and was then canceled with no reason given. One says his account was suspended right after a $600 win, and another says his was closed after an $800 request. Players also say support is an AI chatbot with no way to reach a person, and two say some purchase deals now carry a 5x playthrough. We saw no company replies on any of these. Strengths Most of a large Trustpilot review base is positive, and many players report being paid. The operator is clearly named, with company numbers for both the operating and payments companies. Rolla answered our inquiry on Case #355 the morning after we sent it. Major Issues Neither of our two published cases got an answer the player could use. Case #29 closed with no response at all. In Case #355 Rolla closed a player's account six days after he asked for $800, and would not tell us why or whether the $800 would be paid. Recent reviews describe redemptions canceled after days of waiting and accounts closed after wins, with no reason given. Support runs through an AI chatbot, and players with verification or redemption problems say they can't reach a person. Minor Issues A processing fee can be added to purchases. Players report a 5x playthrough on some purchase deals. We have not confirmed this in the rules. Some VIP players say they lost perks after large redemptions. Track Record Rolla has been a sweepstakes site since April 2025 and plenty of players have been paid. Our own record is worse. Case #29, an Ohio player's $245.25 stuck behind an address typo, closed with no response. Case #355, a Colorado player, closed refused in September 2026 after his account was shut following an $800 request. Rolla replied fast, but only to say it would talk to the account holder, who had already tried. The public reviews since August describe the same kind of problem. SweepsGuard Status We moved Rolla down a step. Two cases with no usable answer, plus a steady run of canceled redemptions and closures in recent reviews, is more than a support problem. If you play here, verify early, double check your registration details, and screenshot every redemption. We will look again if Rolla starts explaining its account decisions.
Rolla holds a C grade from SweepsGuard as of Sep 25, 2026.
