SweepsGuard Grade: B.

Is Scratchee legit?

SweepsGuard grades Scratchee a B based on its complaint and payout history — just below our top tier, and also a solid, reliable option with a good payout record and only minor issues on file. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.

Overview Scratchee is a scratch-card site run by DGR Media LLC. Its master rules, last updated March 4, 2026, give the sponsor's address as 2945 Townsgate Rd, Suite 200, Westlake Village, California. It launched in December 2023 and has no slots, table games or live dealer. What you buy is an Access Pack for the Scratchee Savings Hub, a discount club, priced from $10 to $100, and each pack comes with bonus Scratchee Cards. The rules say the cards cannot be bought on their own. Prizes are in dollars, and the homepage shows the prize pool and the odds for every game. The site reports more than $11 million in prizes paid. The rules set a $20 minimum redemption and exclude Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Player Reception Reviews are mostly positive. Plenty of players describe payouts of a few hundred dollars landing fast, and the operator replies to nearly every negative review. The recent one-star reviews go beyond bonus confusion, though. Since August 2026 they include two accounts closed after sharing one phone for verification with $190 held back, a $300 win the player says could not be cashed out, and complaints about a $100 minimum for bank payouts. The operator's own replies confirm that last point: under $100 pays out as an e-gift card only. That is not a pattern of unpaid wins yet. Strengths A disclosed operator, DGR Media LLC, with a California address in the rules and in the site footer. Published odds and prize pools for every game, which many sweeps sites don't offer. The operator replies to nearly every negative review, usually with a specific answer. Minor Issues Cash prizes are paid by gift card, delivered by email, under the master rules. Support told us in September 2026 that the $20 minimum is for gift cards, instant bank transfers start at $100 and wire transfers at $1,000. The rules also let the operator pick the payout method and cap redemptions at $1,000 a day at its discretion. Pay-to-play in practice. Cards only come bundled with a discount-club purchase or by mail. The mail-in route pays one Scratchee Card per request, for the game you pick, sent by email, with one request per envelope. That works for a single game but it is a slow way to play for free. Narrow product: scratch cards only. Track Record Live since December 2023, with a reported $11M+ in prizes paid, Scratchee pays its winners. The product has changed since we first reviewed it. It now sells discount-club access with bonus cards, pays cash prizes as emailed gift cards below $100, and the rules set a $20 minimum. The caveats are structural: it leans pay-to-play and the free route is slow. SweepsGuard Status Scratchee is listed as active. It looks like a legitimate scratch-card site that pays, with published odds. Go in knowing that cards only come bundled with a discount-club purchase, that cash prizes under $100 arrive as gift cards, and that the free route is one card per letter. Check the excluded states before you buy a pack, verify your account early and keep records of any wins.
