Spin Pals earns a C grade from SweepsGuard. Independent review of Spin Pals: payouts, complaints, bonuses — and is it legit?
SweepsGuard Grade: C.
SweepsGuard grades Spin Pals a C based on its complaint and payout history — a middle-of-the-road grade — a real operator with a mixed or thin track record, so check its complaint history before you play. Always read its official sweepstakes rules and play responsibly.
Overview SpinPals is run by SpinPals LLC, a Delaware company whose sweepstakes rules give a mailing address in Austin, Texas. It has been live since late 2024 and offers slots, table games, live dealer titles and a few arcade and bingo games. You must be 18. The site is closed to anyone outside the US and to players in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. The minimum redemption is 100 SC. The free mail-in pays 3 SC per request. Coins expire after 60 days with no play. Player Reception Trustpilot is strong on a large review base, and most players describe quick early redemptions. The one-star reviews from August and September 2026 tell a different story. Several players say redemptions now take weeks, and one says a win from June was still less than half paid in September because payouts come out $500 at a time. Three reviewers in late August say their accounts were banned right after a redemption, with a scripted reply and no reason. One says a balance of over $40,000 went unanswered for six weeks. One reviewer posted the same scam claim eight times, and we set those aside. SpinPals has started replying to some of these reviews. Strengths Sweeps Coins only need to be played through once by default. The free mail-in pays 3 SC per request. The terms promise 24/7 support, with replies within 12 hours. Major Issues Big wins take a long time to reach you. The rules allow one prize request every five days, say processing can take up to 30 days, and let the operator add weekly limits. Players also report a $500 limit per request. Put those together and a $1,200 win can take a month or more. Players report bans right after redeeming. Three reviews in late August 2026 describe accounts closed after a redemption, with no explanation beyond a standard message. Minor Issues The Better Business Bureau lists 16 complaints against SpinPals LLC, and says half of them got no response. A player who self-excluded by mistake says purchases made during the exclusion were not refunded. Track Record SpinPals grew fast after its late 2024 launch and most early feedback was about quick payouts. That changed in 2026. Delay complaints first showed up in February and March, and by August and September they were joined by reports of bans after redemptions. The first complaint filed with us came in September 2026 (see below). SweepsGuard Status We moved SpinPals down a step. It still pays a lot of players, but its own limits make a large win slow to collect, and recent reports of bans after redemptions are too many to wave off. Verify early, redeem in steps, and keep records. If you hit a problem, file it with us and we will take it to SpinPals. Update (Oct 3, 2026): Case #419. A Texas player says Spin Pals closed the account without notice while it held about 160 Sweeps Coins, around $136 of it redeemable, and support gave no reason. We wrote on September 26 and got no reply, so the case closed unresolved with no response. It's the same kind of unexplained ban described in the reviews above.
Spin Pals holds a C grade from SweepsGuard as of Sep 25, 2026.
