Player Reception Trustpilot sentiment is sharply polarized and has softened recently. One-star and five-star reviews sit at close to the same share of the lifetime total, and the most recent stretch runs heavily negative. Positive reviewers point to the game range, big wins and fast payouts. Negative reviewers mostly raise game fairness and losing runs rather than non-payment, though a smaller group describes verification friction at the point of redemption. The bigger issue is engagement: recent reviews have largely gone without an operator reply, which is a step back from earlier in the year. Separately, a referral rewards backlog that ran for months was cleared in July 2026 and the outstanding commissions were paid. Strengths Redemptions have been fast in practice. Where the record is still thin is public engagement, and a run of negative reviews sitting without a reply is the clearest thing standing between this operator and a better score. SweepsGuard Status The grade holds. Payout performance in practice is good, but the September 2026 terms are worse for players. The written payout window is longer and no longer guaranteed, and facial data from ID checks can be used to train AI models. None of that has turned into a payout problem yet. We will watch whether real redemption times start to stretch toward the 30-day limit. What would move the score up is consistency in public. Keeping redemption speeds where they are and getting back to answering player reviews is the straightforward route.
