Overview Launched in August 2025, Sweep Las Vegas operates under Digital Entertainment Development LLC and features 2,500+ games from 25+ providers including Evolution, Betsoft, and Novomatic. Despite advertising "instant redemption" and a substantial game library, the platform has quickly accumulated serious player complaints regarding payment processing and account management. Player Reception Trustpilot shows a poor rating, with 86% of reviews being 1-star. Players consistently report extended redemption delays (weeks to months), account suspensions immediately upon withdrawal requests, and unresponsive customer support. Many describe experiences of depositing successfully but facing obstacles when attempting to cash out winnings. Critical Issues Widespread reports of redemption delays extending beyond advertised timeframes Pattern of account suspensions citing vague "terms violations" without explanation Multiple instances of duplicate account accusations for household members Failed payment methods used as excuse to delay or deny redemptions Customer support limited to email only with extremely slow response times (6+ hours) Players report winnings confiscated after account bans with no recourse Advertises "instant redemption" but processing takes 2-10+ days minimum Track Record As a newly launched platform (August 2025), Sweep Las Vegas has rapidly accumulated negative player feedback. The overwhelming majority of recent reviews describe non-payment issues, account restrictions upon withdrawal attempts, and customer service failures. The casino's track record shows a concerning pattern of players successfully depositing funds but encountering significant obstacles when attempting redemptions. SweepsGuard Status Complaint record as of August 10, 2026. Seven player complaints against Sweep Las Vegas are published on SweepsGuard, filed between January and July 2026 and covering roughly $2,670 in disputed redemptions. Five closed with the operator ignoring our mediation outreach entirely, one closed partially resolved, and one closed with the player paid — though in that case the operator settled directly and no mediation was ever opened. Operator non-response is the defining pattern here, and it is the main driver of the failing grade. Case #6 (January 2026) — Resolved, Partial. A $115.62 withdrawal was confirmed by the casino, which then stopped responding, and the player lost account access. After SweepsGuard intervened $100 was paid, but $15.62 was withheld under a free-play win cap that had not been disclosed upfront. The player recovered the $100 only after contacting Delaware gaming enforcement. Case #61 (May 2026) — Unresolved, No Response. A Wisconsin player's $100.71 redemption, requested April 29, was still unpaid more than a month later despite an acknowledgment email from the casino. Sweep Las Vegas did not respond to mediation. Case #77 (June 2026) — Unresolved, No Response. An Indiana player's $100 redemption went unhonored, his account was restricted, and support stopped replying. The operator did not respond within the mediation window. Case #83 (June 2026) — Unresolved, No Response. A Florida player's $470 redemption went unpaid for roughly two months. Our mediation request drew no reply. Case #103 (June 2026) — Unresolved, No Response. A Wisconsin player's $100.05 redemption went unpaid while support repeatedly deferred to a "finance team." Again no reply within the window. Case #150 (July 2026) — Unresolved, No Response. A Missouri player reported $1,700 in redemptions unpaid despite repeated emails to the operator. Our outreach to their published support address drew no response of any kind. This is the largest single figure on the record. Case #209 (July 2026, closed August 2026) — Resolved for the Player. A Florida player reported $100 unpaid. The filing did not name the platform at intake, so no mediation outreach was ever sent on this case. The player returned on August 10, 2026 to confirm the operator had paid him shortly after he filed. It is the first published Sweep Las Vegas case to close with the player paid, and it is recorded here in full even though SweepsGuard played no part in the payment — the record should show what happened, not what flatters us. We recommend avoiding this casino. The pattern across the record is consistent: redemptions requested, redemptions delayed, and an operator that does not engage when a third party asks about them. Trustpilot and our own case file point the same direction. That assessment would change if Sweep Las Vegas began responding to mediation and clearing outstanding balances; until then the grade stands.
Sweep Las Vegas holds an F grade from SweepsGuard as of Jun 20, 2026.
