SweepNext has closed. SweepsGuard's independent record of this sweepstakes casino: what happened, redemption status, and safer alternatives.
Not yet rated by SweepsGuard.
SweepNext has closed and is no longer operating. Its listing is kept on record so the closure is documented, and any outstanding balances are generally no longer redeemable.
Overview Update (May 2026): SweepNext is actively rebranding to LuckyStake. Existing SweepNext players are being migrated to LuckyStake accounts, with GC/SC balances, KYC verification, and VIP status carrying over. SweepNext accounts will be closed after migration. Players who have not yet migrated may still be able to access SweepNext temporarily, but the transition appears to be in its final stages. LuckyStake is operated by Elevatetech Holding Ltd. See the LuckyStake grade report for more details on the receiving platform. Launched in May 2025, SweepNext was originally operated by Boostora LTD, a Cyprus-based company with no prior track record running sweepstakes casinos. The platform is available to players 21 and older in 37 U.S. states, with California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington among the restricted jurisdictions. SweepNext offers 1,000+ casino-style games from 15+ providers including Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Spinomenal, Red Tiger, RubyPlay, Octoplay, Novomatic, Evoplay, and ICONIC21. The library leans heavily on slots — particularly classic and Hold & Win titles — with a supplemental live dealer section powered by ICONIC21 and a small arcade/crash games category. The platform runs on a standard Gold Coin/Sweeps Coin model with a 1:1 SC-to-dollar redemption ratio, and redemption options include push-to-card, ACH bank transfer, and gift cards. Player Reception SweepNext holds divided Trustpilot sentiment. For a platform less than a year old, the volume of feedback is notable, but the content of those reviews tells a more complex story. Players consistently praise the game selection, the Daily Mega Spin bonus wheel, and the refer-a-friend program. Several players also highlight positive interactions with named VIP managers and support agents. However, a significant and persistent theme running through the negative reviews is slow and stalled redemptions. Complaints describe pending redemptions lasting 10–30 days, repeated scripted responses from what many players describe as an AI chatbot named "Amber," and a cycle of being told a withdrawal has been flagged for "urgent review" with no follow-through. The company responds to roughly 46% of negative Trustpilot reviews and typically replies within two weeks — a rate that falls well short of industry leaders. While some players report eventual resolution, often through escalation to a human agent or switching from push-to-card to gift card, the pattern of delays and poor communication is widespread enough to weigh meaningfully on the overall assessment. Issues Persistent pattern of slow and stalled redemptions — numerous Trustpilot reviewers report waits of 10–30+ days for push-to-card and ACH withdrawals, well above industry norms Live chat support widely described as AI-driven, with scripted responses that loop players without resolving issues — particularly frustrating during the redemption process Low response rate to negative reviews, with typical response times of up to two weeks Limited payment methods for purchases — only Visa and Mastercard accepted, with no e-wallet, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency options High cash redemption minimum of 100 SC for push-to-card and ACH withdrawals No progressive jackpots No RNG table games, bingo, scratchcards, or keno No dedicated mobile app Boostora LTD has no established track record operating sweepstakes casinos prior to SweepNext Track Record SweepNext launched in May 2025 as the first and only sweepstakes casino operated by Boostora LTD, a Cyprus-registered company with no prior history in the U.S. sweepstakes space. As of May 2026, SweepNext is being fully migrated into LuckyStake, operated by Elevatetech Holding Ltd. The relationship between Boostora LTD and Elevatetech Holding Ltd has not been publicly clarified — it is unclear whether this represents a corporate restructuring, an acquisition, or a rebrand under a new entity. During its roughly one year of operation, SweepNext grew to 1,000+ games, introduced a VIP program, and was not flagged for scam activity or fraud. However, the dominant theme in player feedback throughout its lifespan was frustration with redemption delays and ineffective customer support, particularly around AI-driven chat agents unable to resolve substantive account issues. The decision to rebrand rather than continue operating under the SweepNext name raises questions about whether the migration is intended to address these systemic issues or simply reset the brand's reputation. Players migrating to LuckyStake should monitor whether the redemption and support patterns that defined SweepNext carry over to the new platform. SweepsGuard Status — Closed SweepNext is confirmed shut down by the operator itself. The domain now serves a single notice and nothing else: "The SweepNext platform is no longer in service. For any enquiries, please contact: support@sweepnext.com." There is no site left on which to register, play or redeem. The history behind that notice matters for anyone still owed money. In May 2026 the operator rebranded SweepNext to LuckyStake and the platform continued under that name; the SweepNext affiliate placement was withdrawn and the link we previously held no longer reaches a casino at all. LuckyStake has since announced its own closure, with Gold Coin purchases and gameplay ending August 14, 2026 and Sweeps Coin redemption requests due by August 20, 2026. If you carried a balance from SweepNext through to LuckyStake, read our LuckyStake report and file your redemption now — that deadline is the one that governs your money. We are keeping this listing public as a record of what the brand was and where it went. One caution on the name. A separate site at sweepsnext.com uses a near-identical spelling and is unrelated to this closure notice. We have not been able to connect it to this operator, and it does not present as a working casino: the login link goes nowhere, and its "recent winners" feed repeats the same names, amounts and dates on a loop. Treat it as unverified.
SweepNext is closed, so SweepsGuard no longer maintains an active letter grade for it.
