Whale US is an upcoming sweepstakes casino that isn't fully live in our tracker yet. We'll publish a full assessment once it launches and we've verified the details.
Overview Whale US has not launched. The site at whale.us is a single pre-launch page: a headline reading "Whale is coming to the United States", a short line about opening soon, an email box and a consent checkbox for launch updates. There are no games, no coin store, no account and no rules document. The page also displays a running count of sign-ups, shown as 2,914 when we last checked at the end of August 2026, up from 2,724 in July - that is the operator's own number and we have no way to verify it. We listed Whale US on July 7, 2026. It is one of the newer entries on our upcoming list. Player Reception There is none. Whale US has no Trustpilot profile, and a search restricted to the active sweepstakes subreddits returned nothing for the brand on a query batch where a control search returned results, so the absence is real rather than a failed search. No complaints have reached our form. Independent reviewers have a listing for it, but they are working from the same pre-launch page we are. Current Highlights The page is clear about what it is. It does not imitate a working casino, it takes no money, and it asks for an email address with an explicit opt-in checkbox rather than burying consent. Areas to Watch No sweepstakes rules have been published. There is no rules document, no stated redemption minimum, no excluded-state list and no mail-in entry route. How this site would actually work is not yet on the record. No operator is disclosed. The page names no company and gives no registered address, so there is no way to check what else it runs or how those brands have treated players. The sign-up counter is marketing, not evidence. A number displayed on a site's own landing page is unaudited by definition. It tells you what the operator wants you to see, not how many people are actually waiting. It is at least still moving, which is more than several other pages on this list can say. A predicted August launch did not happen. Independent reviewers had this site opening in August 2026. At the end of that month the page still says it is coming soon. That is not a fault of the operator, which has never named a date itself, but it is a reminder that a launch reported by a third party is not a launch. Our own state list for this site is thin. We currently hold only two excluded states for Whale US, well short of the category norm, because the operator has not published one. Treat our list as provisional until the rules exist.
