Florida sued Stake.us and VGW on August 19. The state's Attorney General filed in Hillsborough County, calling Stake.us and VGW's Chumba, LuckyLand and Global Poker illegal online gambling under Florida law. He also named their payment processors, Worldpay, Trustly, Praxis and Breeze Labs, which looks like the first time a state has gone after the payment side rather than just the operator. He's asking for injunctions, restitution and civil penalties. Nothing is decided. If you play from Florida, keep balances low and redeem early. Delaware, last mention. RealPrize and LoneStar ended Sweeps Coin play for Delaware accounts on August 21, with the redemption window closing around September 21.
