Case #194, July 2026, a Texas player unable to complete a $100 redemption to a Skrill account already used for purchases, who also reported support requesting sensitive personal information through a live-chat channel the site's own help pages say does not exist. Only an automated acknowledgment came back. Closed Unresolved, No Response. Case #225, July 2026, a South Dakota player disputing a $50 purchase he says was made under false pretenses through a storefront error, locked out the moment the support chat ended. Legendz did not reply to mediation; the player recovered the $50 himself on August 7, 2026, after which his account was permanently closed. Closed Resolved, Partial.
